Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Divided Chicken Wings
- 1/2 Cup dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
- 4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. ground mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Down The Hatch - Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Combine the dry rub ingredients in a bowl.
