Ingredients

  • 20 Mushrooms (Stems Removed)
  • 8oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 5 Slices Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Up In Smoke - Wild Side Pepper Flakes

Directions

  1. Place 5 slices of bacon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 min.
  2. Wash and remove mushroom stems.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Mix in Up In Smoke hot pepper flakes, bacon, onion, and garlic into the cream cheese.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into mushroom caps.
  6. Place onto a baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
